Welcome to the newsletter / blogspace for The SystemWorks computer consulting service.

When I first assembled our updated web page (www.sys-works.com), I initially planned to send a PDF newsletter to customers that would provide useful information about new computer trends, technologies and issues of concern. After publishing the first issue, I discovered that a formal newsletter generated too much email spam, and was so bulky and unwieldy that few people were actually reading it. Always on the search for better ways to communicate, I decided to create a blog where I could post easy-to-navigate tidbits that would accomplish the same task as the newsletter, but with considerably less aggravation.
